1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Inventorusman.com and enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our courses. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Course Access & Use

Upon successful payment, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to access the course content for your personal learning. Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are handled manually via WhatsApp using Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or other approved methods. Prices are listed in PKR. For international students, currency conversion rates at the time of purchase will apply. Access is granted once payment is verified by our team.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, and code (unless otherwise specified), are the intellectual property of Inventor Usman. You may not record, redistribute, or resell any part of the course.

6. Prohibited Activities

To protect our community and content, the following are strictly forbidden:

• Sharing or selling account login details.
• Reselling, redistributing, or publicly hosting course content.
• Reverse engineering the Stonic AI source code for commercial resale.
• Using course materials for any illegal purpose.

7. User-Generated Content

Any content you post in our private community groups (WhatsApp/Discord) must be respectful. We reserve the right to remove any content or users who violate community standards.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect a breach of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, content piracy or disruptive behavior in the community.

9. Limitation of Liability

Inventor Usman shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the course materials. The course is provided "as-is."

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, Pakistan.
