1. Why Refunds Are Not Offered

Unlike physical goods, digital products can be instantly consumed, copied, and downloaded. Once access to our platform, course videos, or support channels is granted, it is impossible to "return" the product. To protect our content and intellectual property, we cannot offer refunds under any standard circumstances.

2. Instant Value Delivery

Upon successful payment verification, you immediately receive:

3. Double/Duplicate Purchases

The only exception to our No Refund Policy is an accidental duplicate transaction. If you were charged twice for the same course purchase:

• Once verified, we will refund the duplicate charge back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
