We want you to be successful in your AI journey. However, because our courses are digital products delivered instantly, we have a specific refund policy to ensure fairness to both our students and our creators.
1. Refund Eligibility Window
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, you must have consumed less than 20% of the course content. This is to prevent "serial downloading" where users watch the entire course and then request a refund.
2. What Qualifies for a Refund
- Technical Issues: If a persistent technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the course.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice.
- Initial Content Gap: If the introductory modules are significantly different from what was advertised.
3. What Does NOT Qualify
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want to learn AI after accessing significant content.
- Performance: Lack of individual effort or failure to implement the skills taught.
4. Premium Tier Special Note (Chat Support)
Important: Our Premium tier includes live chat support with Inventor Usman. Because this is a personalized, ongoing service, the Premium tier becomes non-refundable once the chat support channel has been accessed and utilized. By engaging in chat support, you acknowledge this policy.
5. The Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to Inventorusmancontact@gmail.com with your transaction proof and reason for the refund.
- Our team will audit your course consumption metrics.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be sent via the original payment method (e.g., JazzCash, Bank Transfer).
6. Contact Support
If you have questions about your eligibility, please talk to us on WhatsApp before requesting a formal refund. We are often able to resolve access issues quickly without needing a refund.
