Source Code License

This Source Code License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and Inventor Usman (the "Licensor") for the Stonic AI source code provided as part of the Premium course tier.

1. Grant of License

Upon successful purchase of the Premium tier, the Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use, study, and modify the source code for your own personal development and learning purposes.

2. Permitted Uses

You ARE allowed to:

• Use the code as a reference for your own learning.
• Modify the code to build your own personal projects.
• Include modified versions of the code in your professional portfolio (with attribution to Inventor Usman).
• Build and deploy personal instances of the agent for your own private use.

3. Prohibited Uses

You ARE NOT allowed to:

• Resell or Redistribute: You cannot sell, rent, lease, or distribute the source code (or modified versions of it) as a standalone product or template.
• Share Access: You cannot share the code with individuals who have not purchased the Premium tier.
• Commercial "As-Is" Sale: You cannot package the code "as-is" into a commercial product and sell it without significant modification and value-add.
• Remove Copyrights: You must not remove or obscure any copyright notices within the source files.

4. Ownership

Inventor Usman retains all right, title, and interest in and to the source code, including all intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you ownership of the code, only a limited right to use it.

5. Consequences of Violation

Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate revocation of your license and course access without refund. The Licensor also reserves the right to pursue legal action for intellectual property theft or unauthorized commercial exploitation.

6. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using the source code, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
