Premium Support Terms

This Premium Support Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "Student") and Inventor Usman (the "Provider") for the live chat support provided as part of the Premium course tier.

1. Scope of Support

Upon successful purchase of the Premium tier, the Provider grants you access to live chat support with Inventor Usman via WhatsApp. This chat support is designed to help you with course-related questions, project feedback, and technical guidance for building AI agents.

2. Chat Support Guidelines

You ARE expected to:

• Ask specific, course-related questions via the premium chat channel.
• Have reviewed the relevant course modules before asking advanced questions.
• Be respectful and professional in all communications.
• Use the chat support for learning and project development purposes only.

3. Limitations

The chat support does NOT include:

• Full Project Building: Chat support is for guidance and mentorship, not for having someone build your project for you.
• 24/7 Instant Replies: While we aim to respond promptly, response times may vary based on the Provider's availability.
• Transferable Access: Your chat support access is personal and non-transferable to other individuals.
• Guaranteed Outcomes: While we provide expert guidance, results depend on your individual effort and implementation.

4. Response Times

Chat support messages will be responded to within a reasonable timeframe during business hours. The Provider will make best efforts to reply promptly, but instant responses are not guaranteed.

5. Consequences of Misuse

Any misuse of the chat support service, including but not limited to abusive behavior, spamming, or sharing access with non-Premium members, will result in immediate revocation of your support access without refund.

6. Acceptance

By purchasing the Premium tier and utilizing the chat support, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
